What is the product shelf life?
The shelf life is three years.
How long can the product be used for (for how many days it needs to be changed)?
The replacement interval depends on the amount of the ooze. The dressing can stay for 5 days as a maintenance with the minimal amount of ooze but replacement every two days is recommended.
Where can you use CATH DRESSING®?
CATH DRESSING® can be used for all types of drainage tubes or catheters since the product is designed especially for tube managements.
Most common usage includes feeding tube (eg. PEG), suprapubic catheter (cystostomy), PCN (percutaneous nephrostomy), JP, Hemovac, PTBD, Pigtail, CVC, UDS, Chest tubes etc.
Is this product for fixation of the tube?
CATH DRESSING® is a foam dressing that absorbs the ooze that comes out from the catheter site while providing a protection. It is not meant to provide a fixation of the tube and if necessary, a fixation product shall be used separately.
What kind of adhesive is used for this product?
The adhesive side is acrylic.
Is the product sterile?
Yes, the product is already sterilized.
Is there any particular instruction for storage?
The recommended storage condition is 1~30°C. (Room temperature is fine)
Is the product waterproof?
CATH DRESSING® is not a waterproof product.

Where does CATH DRESSING® ship?
We are excited to say that CATH DRESSING® ships all over the world.
What is the shipping fee?
We offer a flat standard shipping fee of $18 USD. Orders $100 USD and above will receive free shipping.
How are taxes calculated?
Taxes are included in the price.
What shipping carrier does CATH DRESSING® use?
CATH DRESSING® 's shipping carrier is Korea Post EMS. Shipping takes approximately 5-7 business days.
How do I track my order?
Orders will be processed in 1-2 business days and delivery will take approximately 5-7 days from our warehouse in South Korea.
Once you receive your shipping confirmation email with your tracking number, it can take up to 24 business hours for it to become active on the Korea Post EMS website. If you are still unable to view it after this time, kindly email us at overseas@jeilmedix.com.
My products are damaged?
If your product arrives damaged, we are happy to assist you in sending a replacement. Kindly email us at overseas@jeilmedix.com.
I put an incorrect shipping address, what do I do?
We try to process orders as soon as they are created with the information provided by the customer. Due to the short time frame when orders are made to when they are fulfilled in our warehouse, we are not able to guarantee that orders can be cancelled or modified. We ask that you email us at overseas@jeilmedix.com immediately.

What is your return policy?
We are currently not accepting returns at this time.
What is your refund policy?
Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Please note that refunds can take up to 7-14 business days for a refund to be processed and updated on your bank account.
