"This is a case of an elderly person who was discharged from the hospital with a PEG inserted into their stomach about a month ago.

Review of CATH DRESSING - PEG
Since it's the summer, I've seen skin problems getting worse. So, I applied a skin protection cream while dressing the area with gauze. The umbilical cord insert was too tight and not enough space. Due to this, tearing started to occur with lot's of pus and secretions.
When secretion came out of the pelvic cord (PEG) insertion area, there started to be inflammation. However, with CATH DRESSING it was well maintained.

The soft part of the CATH DRESSING is made of polyurethane foam material. When there is a wound, it has a healing effect and has the function of absorbing secretions. There is no need to buy additional dressing which requires you to manually cut and dress. When managing a PEG or various drainage tubes, CATH DRESSING will be a useful product for inflammation, bleeding, secretions, and wounds. I carry it with me for emergencies.
With traditional Y-gauze dressing, I had to change it more often because of bleeding and inflammatory discharge. This time, I recommend you CATH DRESSING. I think it will be great since you can manage it easily and comfortably at home."
